Booking terms
The terms that apply to every booking.
- Check-in: 14h00 to 20h00
- Check-out: 10h00
- Quiet hours: 22h00 to 07h00
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes indoors
- No parties or events are allowed
- Valid ID or passport required on arrival
- Report breakages or damages immediately
- Lost keys and remote controls are charged at ZAR 350 each
- Only registered guests may stay overnight
- Additional guests are charged ZAR 300 per night
- Cots available on request
- No filming or commercial photography on the premises
- Stains, dye residue or make-up on linen and pillows are charged at ZAR 200
- Room towels must stay in the rooms and are not for swimming
- The property is not liable for theft or injury on the premises
- Credit card bank fees are not refunded on cancellation
Meals and extras
- Breakfast: R190 per person
- Lunch packs: R160 per person
- Dinner: R250 per person
All meals and extras are available on request and charged separately.
